This Is What 3 Cups Of Coffee A Day Do To Your Liver

According to the latest research, drinking coffee is good for your liver.
Researchers have proved that people who drink high amounts of coffee can lower the level of non-performing liver enzymes, and decaf coffee can also give you the same effect.

Dr. Xiao Qian from Maryland, the study author, revealed that scientists have already found that coffee influences liver positively, although they did not know that decaf coffee can give the same result.

When Xiao and his team examined the effect of decaf coffee, they practiced the previous data and reviewed a research conducted 20 years ago. This research involved 27,800 people.

The research was actually an insight into the overall health of Americans who did medical tastings and interviews.

According to scientists individuals who consumed 3 or more cups of coffee per day had less non-performing liver enzymes than those who did not drink coffee.

Therefore, you can enjoy your favorite drink and protect your liver!
